Can I ask my university to remove my A level grades from my transcripts?

I may have to show my employer my transcripts. My university includes my A level grades on there and i dont want them seeing it (i did really bad).

Can I ask them to remove them from the document? Or alternatively, can they write an official letter with just my module grades and overall result?

Thanks
