Turn Signals Don’t Work With LED Headlights On

Over the winter I swapped all exterior lights in my 93 Suburban to LED.

I put the EP36 relay on, and it fixed the signals so I thought. Realized recently that when the headlights are on, the flasher will click but the turn signals won’t flash.

The turn signal lights are always on with the headlights on. I also tried an adjustable relay with a dial, same luck as the EP36.

Any advice? There a time-based relay that someone can recommend that they’ve used? Or something else I should try?
