Tretinoin and Rosacea

54F - I have mild rosacea which is now under control thanks to IPL.

I’m thinking about starting Tretinoin, before my face sags lower than my boobs 🤣 thanks menopause!!

Obviously having sensitive skin I’m aware I need to start very very very slow and low, but where are people getting lower doses?

Are they compounded?

As I’ve only seen ReTrieve which is 0.05% which scares me…

or could I simply “dilute” this with moisturiser?

Any advice from fellow rosacea tormented folks would be appreciated 🙏
