Recommendations for a leather cover for A5 (hard + softcover) notebook

I'm looking for a leather notebook cover that I could use for both a hardcover A5 Leuchtturm and an A5 Midori (or similar softcover Japanese notebook) – I tend to switch between the two for different things.

I like the idea of Traveller's style notebooks but don't enjoy the experience of loads of elastic bands and different inserts (especially with the Midori type notebooks where half the point is that they lie flat...). Thanks for any ideas! And bonus points if they're easily available in the UK.
