Turbotax Sign in access denied

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to use TurboTax but I’m having a weird issue. When I try to enter the website, sometimes it says “Access Denied.” When I try to create or log in with my phone number, it asks me to verify my info, but after that it says “Double check your information, we can’t find an account with this phone number.”

So it feels like the system both blocks access and doesn’t recognize the account at the same time.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Is it a VPN/location issue or something related to TurboTax accounts?
