Turn on [Marketing choice] at the Galaxy Store settings of the device.

I have just tried to install Good Lock from this url in my browser, https://galaxystore.samsung.com/detail/com.samsung.android.goodlock

But I am unable to install, or any other app from my browser due to this message, turn on [Marketing choice] at the Galaxy Store settings of the device.

I can safely install from my phone, but it's nice to be able to search and install from my PC. I can't find any setting that lets me install the app? Does anyone know what I'm missing?
