13 and 16 year old girls

I have 2 teens daughters and they have very little confidence in themselves both me and my wife also don’t have much confidence. My wife always avoid social situations, she is a stay at home mom, I lost my job recently and suffering from anxiety as well. My older one always looking for excuses to not going to school especially if her friend is sick and not going to school.

Anything we can do to build up her confidence? She used to get really good grades but grades are dropping since attending hs. She is in 11th grade now and always focus on hair and makeup. Looking at mirror 30 times a day and always late to stuff and her room is so messy like a bomb went off.
