Dua When Sitting Between the Two Sujood (Prostrations)

Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:

"The Prophet (ﷺ) used to say between the two prostrations:

اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَاهْدِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي

'O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, heal me, guide me, and provide for me.'"
