OIS cooked or normal? Nothing Phone 3a

Got a few questions about the camera behavior on my Nothing Phone 3a.

If the OIS on the main camera were damaged, would that affect the telephoto lens too? From what I understand, the 2× telephoto on the Phone 3a doesn’t have OIS.

But for some reason, the 2× lens preview looks noticeably shakier than before. I started noticing this after using a bicycle mount for the phone, so I’m wondering if vibration could have affected something.

Photos still look mostly fine, but the preview and zoom feel less stable than I remember.

Is this normal behavior for the telephoto lens, or could something actually be wrong with the camera module?
