Anylne else thought about the real personalities of the office characters?

In my 7th time rewatch, just finished Se 4, and realised that Angela's uprightness or literally any other characters' personalities are all because they're putting it on knowing there's a camera filming them?

Makes you wonder how they actually are day to day when the Office camera crews aren't around in their universe?

If this is already know, then dang I love this brilliant show
