Breakage/Chemical Cut advice

I had my hair done a few weeks ago. I made a post about it not being blended to the ends. I texted her about it and she said the reason she did this is because she cares about the integrity of my hair and that if she attempted to lighten the ends, it would create damage. She told me to do K18 treatments until my next appointment, May 8th, and she’d see if my ends would be healthy enough to be lightened to match the top. I’ve done the K18 probably 4 times and now I intend on using it every other wash, I’ve only straightened my hair twice and I’ve been using claw clips. Yesterday after I showered I realized there’s almost a perfect line of short bits of hair. You can’t see it in the photo, but there’s one spot where it’s literally a small chunk of hair. How can I fix this? What would be a reasonable request from me to my stylist?
