Overspeeding E-bikes in Jacinto

We almost got hit by an overspeeding e-bike earlier. Mind you, there were 4 of us crossing the Jacinto road and yet the driver still came barreling through. It’s scary to think how close we were from getting seriously hurt. What the hell is so hard about slowing down when people are clearly crossing a school zone????
