Suggestion for caches: tie them to a wish reroll mechanic

Essentially the idea is that every cache would drop an amount of a pseudo-currency - let's call it Grains of Time for now, thematic and all - that you can save up to reroll Varashta's offerings when opening a Mirage. Maybe more expensive options for narrower wish pools, maybe guarantee wishes tied to a specific coin type, etc. etc. Gives you a reason to pop caches, doesn't massively impact loot balancing, seems like a simple win-win solution to me.

Also maybe guarantee a gold cache from breaking the astral chain? Feels weird getting bronzes from that.
