Ivy League Unofficial Visits

While it seems like to go heavyweight as an ivy rower you gotta be atleast sub 6:20 by recruitment, what do you need to really start the recruitment process. I’m going on college visits in about a month and i’m wondering what standards i would need to hit to get calls with coaches, meet them on campus, etc. What times make the investment worthwhile to them?
