gpu doesnt overclock on certain games

I have the Gigabyte RTX 3050 6GB. When I play League of Legends or other small games, the core clock stays around 1507 MHz. But when I play heavier games like Marvel Rivals or Overwatch, it goes up to 2100+ MHz. How can I make it run at the highest clock speed for all games?
