How tf am I supposed to get 30 in Flea Juggle?

I am losing my goddamn mind! I just want my pale oil. I’ve been sitting here for like 2 hours and the highest I’ve got is 18. I’ve got shaman crest on and long claw and it’s only helped slightly. Am I just dense in the head?🥲 tips would be greatly appreciated x
