Tirz vial delivered Friday 10am, retrieved Tuesday 4am, insulated package sat in room temp storage while waiting collection- refrigerate vial since its unpunctured, inside 3 layers of packaging, and not yet handled, or keep at room temp?
Basically I saw someone on this reddit was saying once it comes to room temp, not to refrigerate it, and I was wondering if that advice is moreso aimed at punctured/handled vials (for condensation or repeated temperature cycling) rather than one temperature cycle while completely insulated (it’s still never left the resealable plastic kind of baggie the pharmacy put it in) case.
Also wondering if the main issue with unrefrigerated unpunctured tirz vial is potency loss rather than contamination. The vial is totally clear, not foggy, no condensation or particles or anything.
