Rainbow Six steam/ubisoft problem

Hi. I have a question maybe someone could help me.

So i bought rainbow six on steam in 2022, then i bought ultimate edition or whatever in 2025, played it for a bit and then stopped.. yesterday i downloaded it again cause i really wanna go back to it, now whenever i run it from steam i have to connect with ubisoft ofcouse, but whenever i connect my 2 ubisoft accounts that i usually use, i get error that i do not own the game, but i own it on some other accounts, and that account email starts with letter R, and ends with outlook... i only use gmail, so i have no idea what happened, or what to do... hopefully yall can understand because english is not my main language.

any help would be greatly appreciated, and yes i did send a support ticket but no answer.
