DHL Signature Question

I've normally done the signature release in the past, but with my last package they delivered to the wrong house. Thankfully, I was able to get the package from my neighbor, but I've decided not to chance it in the future.

Can anyone at the residence sign for the delivery or does it have to be the recipient? I work odd hours , so I'm never sure I'll be home when the package comes. However, I can arrange for someone else to be there. Can that person sign for the package or does it have to be me?
