Too many symptoms at once — anxious about what to check first
I’m dealing with several physical symptoms at the same time and it’s making me really anxious. I don’t know what to get checked first, and I’m worried that if I focus on one thing I might miss the real problem.
Here are the main issues:
- Pain from my neck to my right shoulder. It comes and goes, but when it happens it can be very intense.
- General stomach uneasiness most of the time.
- The most concerning one: pain on both sides of my abdomen. Sometimes it feels like a stabbing knife-type pain.
- Occasionally I feel pain around the heart area. It’s rare but it happens sometimes.
- My stomach gets very bloated after eating and digestion feels unclear or uncomfortable.
- When I rotate my neck, I always hear cracking sounds. There’s also a strange sound from my neck area that I can’t figure out.
Background: I previously had Hepatitis C and completed medication treatment. I’m not sure about my current viral load but it might be low or zero. I was also told I had stage-1 fatty liver back in 2022. My lifestyle has been unhealthy for a while due to workload and I’ve been very inactive.
Honestly, I’m also afraid to go to a doctor because I’m worried they might find something serious.
Has anyone experienced something similar? What kind of tests or checkups should I prioritize first?
