Bought an ERP in Oct 2025. Turns out the real feature was Easy Refund Prevention.
I bought an ERP system in October 2025 from SAP Eagle ERP with quote number 405/2025-2026 (https://sapeagleerp.com) expecting… well… an ERP.
What I actually got was a bug simulation environment.
Since then I’ve been following up for a refund like it’s my second job. Every interaction with their support team feels less like dealing with a software company and more like an episode of Jamtara.
The product is full of bugs. Half the features don’t work, and the rest behave like they were coded the night before launch.
Now comes the best part.
Apparently the refund is stuck in “internal approvals.”The way they describe it, you’d think the request is passing through more layers than a multinational corporation.
In reality, it feels like the person approving and the person waiting for approval might actually be the same person.
At this point it reminds me of the classic line: “Acche din aagaye… aur chale bhi jayenge… lekin inka payment approval process shayad kabhi khatam nahi hoga.”
Some companies love to boast about having so many processes and approvals. But sometimes it just looks like a very sophisticated way to delay a simple refund.
Honestly, I’m convinced a school student’s computer project ERP would run better than this one.
Maybe the real feature of this ERP is:
Easy Refund Prevention.
Refund still pending.
