How much does Deloitte pay for a 2-4h mental health or anxiety workshop?

I'm an independent therapist specialising in anxiety and performance, trying to get a picture about what corporate wellbeing trainings cost.

I once heard that a yoga teacher got paid €1,500 for a one-hour online session during Covid — curious if that tracks with what you've seen (this was in Germany).

If your firm has brought in an external trainer for an anxiety, stress, or performance workshop, I'd love to know:

• Roughly what did it cost? And how long was the session?
• Where are you based? (I expect that different countries can vary quite a bit)

I'd also be curious to know if it was actually useful? And what made it good or not good?
