For those who have had success reducing seizures, what helped the most? tw: slightly detailed seizure description

Have been suffering from mild, but very frequent seizures (mostly disassociative) for years, which is what got me the diagnosis. I've had no support so far and will need to go private for any treatment, so I wondered what people would recommend or have seen the most success with so far?

I'm aware that not everyone is the same, but having somewhere to start would be useful. Happy to be an open book if there's more info I can provide that might help with suggestions!
