Guidance

I’ve had a lot of predicaments lately. Some you already knew about and some new. I wish I could go to you. You always knew what to say, and you knew me. I need your input and guidance; more importantly, I need your support. I need your encouragement. I need you to reassure me that no matter what decision I make, I’ll be ok, that I’m still young and these choices aren’t as permanent as they seem. I need you to remind me that I’m not stuck. I always admired you and looked up to you. I always felt safe with your guidance. I wish I still had that. I wish you were still around.
