ELI5 Why do people use "Okay, woman" as a punchline or insult when there is seemingly only a factual statement being made?

Other

What the title says. It's not just about "woman" specifically, it's the format of "Okay, x noun" that I've seen people use to often be condescending towards a certain person (and the noun often pertains to a quality about that person). Is it merely a game of social cues and sarcasm that I'm missing? I've been confused on this topic for weeks now so I'd really be interested in finding out what the logic behind it is!
