Is it normal for the heart rate to not always spike past 30-40bpm

Hello! i am currently trying to get a diagnosis and i have a few questions. My resting heart rate is 74, and sometimes my heart rate goes to 100-115 on standing, but sometimes only goes up to 90-95. is this something that can happen with PoTS? Thanks!!!
