Leon Strength Feats RE9 is he weak?

I saw a post today displaying Jill picking up the giant rail gun at the end of RE3 to defeat nemesis, and someone commented that this feat makes her stronger than Leon in RE9.

While I immediately thought to disagree cuz it's Leon. Going through my head I couldn't think of any strength feats that he does that actually do beat it. Maybe him parrying the super tyrant?

So I want to ask if anyone remembers something I'm missing that would beat Jill carrying probably a 1 ton gun? I'm sure Leon could and would but is there evidence in RE9?

Edit: Just to clarify, when I say strength/weak, I don't mean fighting prowess, as Leon definitely wins in that pretty every time after RE2. But specifically his raw lifting ability in RE9 only.
