any mitigating circumstances appliers?

hi, i submitted a mitigating circumstances claim since I got sick during the exam and could not complete the assessment, but have not still heard from them regarding the outcome. they say they’ll be back until the 31st of March but since I failed my latest attempt today with 20ish points - the wait is killing me. I wonder if anyone is in the same situation.
