Is anyone else a PokemonGo fanatic with an injury?

I have tendinitis and dyspraxia. The game itself is fabulous! But when it comes to catching after great raids, after all the tapping my wrists and hands can't spin and throw anyway other than right!!

I'm lucky im young it'll only get worse. I live this game!!!
