She looks good, but it's all messed up🫠

So, this woman she started texting me knew her from college, fyn woman a year older than me and she compliments me friendly and stuff, I found her attractive (not love actually can say she was my crush at college) but I never talked to her in person, in her past she got played by a guy who was my friend ! And then she is saying things like "I wanna marry a rich guy who is 3-5 years elder than me, should be well settled and I don't believe in love anymore", and she continues to generalise all younger guys are immature and not really ready to commit where as I am 22 and she's 23, I'm truly disappointed with this victim mentality as she got out of the bad relationship 3 years ago and I had several heartbreaks too, but women like these sound scary !! Imagining marrying someone without any love ??!! I find her like a incel ( but in woman ) and honestly it's scary and turn off !! Is this common among other woman too ?? Why can't people be hopeful ?
