Upper Right Back Pain

Hi guys, I’m having pain in my upper right back whenever I tilt my head down and to the left. It doesn’t really hurt when I tilt my head just down or just to the left—only when I combine the two (down-left).

For context, I recently got a guitar and started learning a few weeks ago. I’ve noticed that I spend long periods of time tilting my head down and to the left while looking at my fretting hand on the fretboard.

Could that posture have caused this kind of pain? Has anyone experienced something similar or know what it might be?
