PBE: Our problems with the rework aside, Do a lot of our complaints stem from a lack of communication?

This is more a post, a rather short one at that, that outlines what I think has been the biggest issue I've seen from Riot in the last few years.

Now, to be fair to the rework team, they have been listening. We have been getting meaningful changes to bring THEIR kit up to our standards.

But, I feel like a lot of our problems with this kit could have easily been addressed if they simply outlined their goals with the rework fully and with each change being explained along with their thought process.

I am not gonna pretend I understand how they go about doing these jobs. Redesigning a champion is probably a more involved process than we know. But it would be good if Riot pulled back the curtain, let us see their direction, their philosophy, allow us to really understand their hesitations, worries, or even what they are excited about when making these changes.

Information is power. And it would help us work with them to get to a good end result if we also knew what they wanted out of the rework as much as what we want.
