Euonymus Alatus

Does anybody here know where to source Euonymus Alatus winged twigs? Having a lot of difficulty sourcing it. I could always just plant the seeds but it takes a while to be fully grown. I will probably do both but would appreciate if anyone has experience sourcing this.

Thank you!
