Dentist with Anesthesiologist

Hello! I'm looking for a dentist recommendation for the Raleigh/Durham area that has an anesthesiologist. I know legally dentist can do their own anesthesia but I would feel safer with a separate one. After having my jaw dislocated by a dentist, I have a lot of anxiety around seeing the dentist and getting fillings but now need a lot of work. I'd prefer to be asleep during the work.

Other preferences:

• Stable dentist - I saw a different dentist every single time I went to Riccobene and hated it.
• Takes insurance (delta dental).
• Does cleaning using ultrasonic water pick instead of metal.
