If cipher machine rush are the “meta” for survivors at least in the higher league, wouldn’t it make sense to used map controlling hunters to counter the “meta”?

The current “meta” for identity v at least, higher league from what I heard is that cipher machine rush for survivors. If this is the case then wouldn’t it make sense that hunters that has a strong map controlling states/abilities (think of mad eye, dream witch, nightmare, and axe boy) would be a lot stronger in higher league?

I’m only at the lower league so I can’t really make a opinion about the major league of identity v “meta” but I notice that 3 out of the 4 of the top 4 hunters are chase related (opera signer, goat man, and hullabaloo) which make me wonder if hunters with good map controlling is good against the survivor meta?
