DVLA Medical reapply waiting times

Looking to see if anyone else has had the same issue. I was 1 year free of seizures end of September 2025, reapplied start of October per their 8 week rule. Phoned start of December and given no update. Finally received a letter end of December saying it had been sent to their medical department. Phoned end of January told it was under review then phoned mid February and told it hadn't been looked at at all and was not yet with a case worker. I've had to contact my local MP who filed a complaint and within 10 days I had received my medical forms to fill and got them sent away the next day. Can anyone advise after sending these away how much longer I am expected to wait considering my case has only just been actioned after 4 months.
