The hell is going on with the kpop industry ?

Why are people leaving left and right and/ or if they go on hiatus it's always a controversy? And why's there music, but everything's or everyone's attention is way more concentrated on the people rather than the product... I can't even. The manon thing was shocking, even though it's just a kpop adjacent, the heesung thing is like shocking to the core, Blacklick has no other plans for 2026 apart from these measly 4 songs they released, what's going on? Bts comeback is something to look forward to, and I'm excited for whatever SKZ is doing... but literally kpop is something I used to enjoy and be it for or not its a part of my world and now it's just as unstable as any other aspect. I tried to distance myself from it so many times, like itzy was my ultimate, but the hate train lia got affected me so much I stepped away for a moment too, bur now like even being a casual listener is hard cause wdym enhypen split up? There was literally no freaking indication of that happening?? And what's going on with hype and min heejin and new jeans? And even lesserafim, or like the nmixx??? Im so done like I can't even express what I'm feeling? It's this weird kind of dread...

Is it just like I'm hearing about this right now because everything's so hyped and famous and it was always like this or has it started just now?
