how to disappear?

I’m not on the run or anything i just want to start a new life somewhere without anyone i know knowing where or what i’m doing i have the means, the education and enough money saved up to start somewhere else i’m just afraid because of my physical stature I would be extremely noticeable and I’m a very paranoid person so ideally i want to move somewhere safer.
