Have been having left side headaches, arm, chest and leg aches. When is it serious?

I am a 23 y/o female 4'11 about 150 lbs. I recently got put on new medicines for my asthma. These are my medications including those: Celexa, xyzal, albuterol, singulair and symbicort. I also take ashwaganda, iron, d3 and zinc.

The new medications were the singulair and symbicort. I also just got done taking a round of antibiotics (amoxicillin) for an ear infection.

Ive always been a really sickly person and my asthma is very bad. The singulair was given to me to help my asthma as well as my allergies, but i was never told if i should stop taking the xyzal. Im wondering if that's what's causing these symptoms.

I don't usually get headaches, but I've had a headache on the left side since thursday and i also had a nosebleed. My left arm and leg have been aching and so has my chest on that side, particularly when lying down. Im in america and dont have amazing insurance so i need to know if this is something i can fix before i go to an urgent care or emergency room.
