I don't know if this is the right place, but I think I might have PCOS and I just need to talk to someone who gets it

General/Advice

I don't know if this is the right place, but I have nowhere else to put this.

All the symptoms point to PCOS but I haven't been officially diagnosed yet. My periods are coming after 50 days sometimes. It's been like this the whole year. My skin has been breaking out constantly, active acne that I can't seem to get ahead of, and honestly it's taking a real toll on my confidence.

The mood stuff is what gets me the most though. I'm always gloomy, irritable, almost depressed. I don't feel like myself. I don't know how much is hormonal and how much is just... life. Probably both.

I've also gained around 7kgs over the last two years. I know that's not dramatic by some standards, but it doesn't feel like my body anymore. And the pressure I feel about it, from myself, from people around me...... is exhausting. My clothes fit differently, and it's a constant reminder that something is off.

I'm not ready to start medications yet. Right now I'm walking 5k steps a day and trying to build on that. It feels like the one thing I can control.

Has anyone else been here? In that in-between space of knowing something is wrong but figuring out how to manage it naturally first? How did you cope? What helped?

Just looking for some people who understand what this actually feels like from the inside.
