what is going on

my daughter is almost 7 months old and she cries, all. day. and. night. long. it’s driving me up the wall. she has 2 teeth so i don’t think she’s teething. if im not holding her and walking around with her she’s screaming bloody murder. it’s 6:28 am and she’s woken up at 11, 2, 3, 4 and 6 last night and went to bed at 9. she used to sleep from 8 to 4 to 8. which was fine. she hasn’t been waking up and crying like this since 3 almost 4 months old. she’s in my bed rn and quiet but i can’t leave her there because she’ll crawl off. is this sleep regression? are her teeth bothering her? what is going on pls
