Anybody get pregnant after doing a laparoscopic myomectomy?

Trying to find out if anybody else had a laparoscopic myomectomy to remove multiple fibroids and then fell pregnant. Seeing what your experience of being pregnant was like from the start to finish. Asking because I had seven fibroids removed my largest was 6 cm and the remaining were 3 cm and small smaller. Feel like the largest that was removed I can feel discomfort in that area. When I sleep and I turn, I feel a sharp pain on that side. I’ve also had a lot of bloating and a little bit of spotting, brown.
