Searching for help with B@n

Hi everyone,

I have a question about how the FACEIT behavior system works.

Recently I received several 1-day cooldowns for unsportsmanlike conduct, which I believe were triggered by reports from other players and my FBI rating. Later, I received a permanent ban. I’m trying to understand what could trigger this because I wasn’t sure what specific behavior caused the penalties.

I already contacted support, but I was wondering if anyone here knows how the reporting / behavior system works and what usually leads to a permanent ban.

Any insights would be appreciated.
