Came from 15 mg Tirz. Been split dosing x2 week. Started at 2.5 mg. Just did 4 mg at week 3. Am I die?

Hungry as fuck. Trying to do the right thing and titrate slowly but I am having zero side effects. The sugar cravings are no fucking joke. No tachycardia.

I'll probably wait 5-6 days until next shot, but I may do 5 mg depending on how things go.

Anyone else come from a high dose of Tirz do something similar?
