Bloat with new patch

Hi! I started HRT with a .05 estrogen patch back in November. Originally, had breast pain for maybe 4-5 weeks and it finally subsided. Always had the same brand patch - oval and clear but cannot remember the generic manufacturer. The pharmacy switched me to a different generic brand (Mylan) a few weeks ago and the breast pain is back and much worse. I feel like each breast weights about 10 lbs. I also have gained some inexplicable weight which is probably (I hope) due to bloating. I have been in calorie deficit and exercising so I really should not be creeping up in weight. My clothes barely fit. Anyone else have this issue when switching brands? Also, any solution for the bloat? It is horrible. I'm not having any other side effects but this. It's worked wonders for the hot flashes and sleep is usually decent.
