Do failed SQE1 attempts count against TC applications?
For context, I’ve self-funded SQE1 while working full time and have unfortunately failed the FLK2 twice. (I passed FLK1 on the first attempt and for what it’s worth my score on the FLK2 has improved)
I’m a bit worried that these failed attempts will become an obstacle for me in the next TC cycle and wanted to see if anybody here has had experience applying for TCs with failed attempts?
I understand this is obviously a disadvantage but curious to know the extent to which this closes doors. Might it help if I tried for a third time and passed before applying? How did people communicate/negotiate this with firms during the application process?
