How do you actually get Honor 5?

I've been Honor lvl 4 for almost a year now, I don't type anything in chat, which also means i don't make calls, or don't say anything positive like "good job on that double kill!". On the other hand I also don't flame which is why I'm literally stuck in Honor 4, sometimes I might get in a little discussion in ranked with someone for a mistake but that's it. So how does one ACTUALLY gets Honor 5? I only play 1 or 2 ARAMS at night but mostly I play ranked.
