No electricity in gladiator pit

I was trying to 100% Arkham City, but in the gladiator pit (that is inside museum) there’s no electricity, which makes it impossible to get riddler trophy. (The one behind the big iron bars) Has anyone else had this issue? If so, do you know how to fix it? (Restarting the game didn’t help.)
