What should I do next?

Profile:

Grades: 8,7,7

GNEM: Journalism (Private College)

Work Ex: 3.5years + career breaks

Role: Marketing

(Caveat: Only one big organisation experience, left that job last year)

Current organisation has wfh model with flexible work timings and a 44% hike on my last job.

I’ve a new offer for an onsite role which is offering me 100% hike, but the role will be very demanding (like no social life or studying capability). Though I’m sure this role will give me great exposure and a great network than can help in the long run.

Since don’t have a very good brand tag with me, and no technical skills apart from my domain. I fear that in the long run I might lose out on managerial positions or might not be able to crack open better doors if I don’t focus on getting an MBA.

Options:

Stay in my present org and study for exams like CAT or GMAT to get a brand tag, and be able to qualify for better managerial roles in the long run.

Leave the present org and maximise for present day learning, and future hopes for a better network and slightly better pay in a new city.

I am paralysed by choices as of now.
