Is it worth it getting the RX 9070 XT Sapphire Nitro +?

I know is it one of the more expensive gpus for the 9070 xt's but for some reason, probably due to shortage, it is over 35% cheaper than a proper RTX 5070ti/5080...

I would like to know if anyone has had any issues with its 2x6 pin power cable (12VHPWR I think) so far?

I plan to buy a brand new PSU that is the corsair RM850x so that it supports this cable type and power requirements with some leeway. I am aware I need to use the 2x6 cable from the PSU for the GPU. (If you have other recommendations I would like to check them out!)

Just for some additional information, I do not plan to overclock this gpu and I'll keep it at its factory overclocked settings.
I also live in a hot tropical country with the average of 30 Celsius temps in my room.
